  • Buss No.509 Elderflower
    A Belgian gin from Antwerp made by Serge Buss using elderflower and the finest spices. Served with Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic and edible dry flowers.
  • Ginraw Gastronomic Gin
    From the food capital of Spain, Barcelona, a high end gin to answer every gourmets needs. Served with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic, cassia bark, mint and a lime wedge.
  • Heppel Northumberland Moorland
    Triple distilled using their own local Juniper making it vastly delicious. Served with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic, rosemary, juniper berries and coriander seeds.
  • Biggar Gin
    Small batch gin made by two brothers from the foot of the Tinto Hills in the Scottish town of Biggar. Served with Fever Tree Cucumber Tonic fresh chilli and juniper berries.
  • Chase Pink Grapefruit and Pomelo
    Crafted by copper pot distilling GB Gin with a bounty of pink grapefruit and pomelo peels. Served with Fever Tree Refreshingly Light Tonic and a slice of pink grapefruit.
  • Muff Liquor Company Irish Potato Gin
    Named after the town of Muff on the Inishowen peninsula in County Donegal and made from four different types of potatoes. Served with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic, Kalamata olives and lemon.
  • Tom Cat Sussex Blueberry
    Bursting at the seams with fruitiness, balanced by savoury herbs and a hint of spicy coriander. Served with Fever-Tree Naturally Light Tonic, fresh mint and blueberries.
  • Aviation American Gin
    A full bodied gin with 100% corn neutral spirit. Served with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale, mint and lime.
  • Twisted Nose from Winchester Distillery
    Made using watercress from Alresford to make a good Hampshire Gin. Served with Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Tonic, micro herbs and a lime wedge.
  • Fort Gin by Portsmouth Distillery
    From Fort Cumberland in Eastney, Portsmouth’s first distillery in hundreds of years. Served with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic, lime peel, pink pepper and cardamom seeds.
  • Tom Cat Sussex Cloudy Mango
    A truly delicious mango fruit expression on top of Sussex Dry Gin. Served with Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Tonic, fresh mint and a slice of mango.
  • Number 3 London Dry Gin
    Created and crafted using small traditional pot stills at one of Holland’s oldest distilleries. Served with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic, fresh black pepper and slices of peach.
  • Death’s Door Gin
    A mix of juniper berries which includes the wild juniper of Washington Island, with coriander and fennel seeds. Served with Fever Tree Aromatic tonic, micro herbs and lemon wedge.
  • Citadelle Gin de France
    Probably France’s best gin made in the South West in Charentais Copper Pot Stills. Served with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic, fresh strawberry and blueberries.
  • Chase Seville Orange Gin
    From Herefordshire comes this delicious gin with zesty citrus and orange spice flavours. Served with Fever Tree Naturally Light Tonic and a slice of orange and rosemary.
  • Mary-Le-Bone London Dry Gin
    From the Pleasure Gardens Distilling Company in the heart of London. Served with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic, pink peppers and a slice pink grapefruit.
  • Hendrick’s Gin
    Delightfully infused with cucumber and rose petal. Served with Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic and a slice of cucumber.
  • Hoxton Gin
    Not your nan’s gin. Expect coconut and grapefruit. Served with Fever Tree Ginger Ale with a slice of pink grapefruit.
  • Martin Millar’s Gin
    Exceptional clarity of taste with candied lemon and floral aromas. Served with Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic, sliced strawberries, tonka beans and cracked black pepper.
  • Tanqueray No. 10 Gin
    Exceptionally and uniquely distilled with fresh citrus. Served with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and a slice of lime.
  • Brockmans Gin
    Combined with a refreshing influence of wild blackberries and blueberries. Served with Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic, pink grapefruit and blueberries.
  • Warner’s Rhubarb Gin
    The rhubarb juice is extracted using a traditional press to produce a pink gin. Served with Fever Tree Ginger Ale and apple slices.
  • Pinkster Gin
    Minimal bottle, maximum flavour gin with raspberries. Served with Fever Tree Indian Tonic, crushed raspberries, fresh mint and lime.
  • Plymouth Sloe Gin
    From the Black Friars Distillery in the heart of Plymouth using a recipe that dates back to 1883. Served with Fever-Tree Spiced Ginger Ale, whole allspice and a slice of orange.
  • Bathtub Gin
    High quality pot-distilled grain spirit, lending a tint to the final spirit which is clean and full of flavour. Served with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and orange peel.
  • Corner 53 Cherokee - Maple and Sarsaparilla
    Rich flavours of dark maple syrup, sarsaparilla, orange peel and piney juniper. Served with Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic, strawberries and tonka beans.
  • Hawthorn’s Gin
    A not-so-classic, citrusy London Dry gin that tastes like gin should. Served with Fever Tree Indian Tonic and a lemon wedge.
  • Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin
    From the Black Forest in Germany made using 47 handpicked botanicals. Served with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic and lemon peel.
  • Edinburgh Cannoball Gin
    Cannonball resurrects a historic style of gin commissioned by the British Navy. Served with Fever Tree Cucumber Tonic, cardamom seeds and a slice of lime.
  • Silent Pool Gin
    Rich, clean, juniper-led spirit with floral layers of lavender and chamomile. Served with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic, mint and lime.

  • Six Saints Grenada
    Named after the Caribbean isle’s six saintly parishes and aged in Bourbon barrels. Served with Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola, lime peel and a cinnamon stick.
  • Kraken Caribbean Black Spiced
    A dark rum distilled in Trinidad, blended with cinnamon, ginger, cloves and other spices. Served with Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola and a lime wedge.
  • Pusser’s Spiced Caribbean
    Flavoured with a blend of locally sourced Caribbean spices steeped in Caribbean rum over 7 days. Served with Fever-Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale and orange wedge.
  • Mount Gay Eclipse Barbados
    The oldest rum in the World with flavours of ripe banana, almonds, vanilla and mocha. Served with Fever-Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale and orange peel.
  • Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva Venezuelan
    Diplomático is considered one of the best rums in the world. Served with Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola and fresh strawberry.
  • Havana Club Selección de Maestros
    The Masters of Cuban Rums came together to create this aged and blended finest rum. Served with Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola, lime peel and cassia bark.
  • Portsmouth Distillery 1968 White
    Made using a secret recipe derived from cane products and double distilled. Served with Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola, fresh mango, lime and fresh mint.
  • Dictador 100 Months Aged Claro Colombian
    Aged for 100 months before careful filtering, resulting in a clean, clear, white rum. Served with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer and a lime wedge.
  • Atlantico Platino Dominican Republic
    Unique, handcrafted rum. Incredibly smooth and flavoursome. Served with Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola and a lime wedge.
  • Atlantico Reserva Dominican Republic
    This Solera style rum has a vibrant and intense flavour. Served with Fever-Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale and orange peel.
  • Atlantico Gran Reserva Dominican Republic
    A unique distinct dark rum that embodies tradition, sophistication and hand-crafted quality. Served with Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola and a lime wedge.
  • Aluna Caribbean Coconut
    The true flavour of natural toasted coconut, blended with fine rums from Guatemala and the Caribbean. Served with cranberry juice and tonka beans.
  • The Duppy Share Caribbean
    A fine blend of golden rums from Jamaica and Barbados. Served with Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic and orange peel.
  • Blackwell Fine Jamaican
    A robust dark gold rum with notes of chocolate and spices. Served with Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola and a lime wedge.
  • Ron Abuelo 7 year Old
    Silky texture with a great wood-sweet flavour. Served with Fever-Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale and orange peel.
  • Pink Pigeon Vanilla
    Sweet creamy vanilla with a touch of spice. Served with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer and a lime wedge.
  • Plantation Barbados Grande Reserve 5 Year Old
    Aged in Bourbon barrels before being transported to Cognac Ferrand for a finish in Cognac casks. Served with Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola and a lime wedge.
