    45% Chardonnay 40% Pinot Noir 15% Pinot Meunier. The wine is dosed with a liqueur made up with cane sugar dissolved in wine from the same cuvée. The prolonged ageing, more than double that of the average appellation, produces a sophisticated Demi-Sec.

    100% Pinot Noir, grapes from 10 of the finest Champagne Crus, aged for a minimum of 5 years. When the Cuvée Rosé launched in 1968, Bernard de Nonancourt decided to present his creation in a uniquely distinctive bottle to magnify this very special cuvée.

  • Open The Box To Discover The Flavours Of Mexico
    We have chosen particular cocktails to showcase tequilas in different stages. Starting with El Rayo Plata including some honey syrup, orange liqueur and fresh lemon juice with a splash of soda. We have a unique Blanco tequila, Código 1530 Rosa, rested for one month in uncharred Napa Cabernet French White Oak barrels. With this colour in mind, we have used some fresh watermelon to create a spicy classic margarita with a twist. To finish, you will find a miniature KAH Reposado an ultra-smooth tequila with a full body and intense flavour.

 

  • Explore Your Senses While We Take You Around The World Of Rums
    All rums have their roots in the sugar cane plant. The rum cocktails we have chosen for this journey will bring a combination of flavours to excite your palate. Aluna Coconut Rum, from Guatemala is created using naturally toasted coconut. We have used guava and pineapple juice for the perfect combination. Havana Club Selección de Maestros is full of flavours like smoky oak & spice, it is smooth on the palate, pleasant and aromatic, and you can never go wrong with a rum sour. We have gone to Venezuela to finish this journey with Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva, considered one of the best rums in the world. We have created the presidential martini with a combination of flavours such as ginger liqueur, vermouth rosso and orange liqueur.

    We will be using some of The Roverto Cavalli Vodka, the bottles are unique and extraordinary. This premium Italian vodka expresses all the charm, sensuality and glamour of the world of Roberto Cavalli. Vodka meets fruit, spices and aromas to give birth to a new line of flavoured vodkas with great versatility in mixology using natural and high quality ingredients to obtain genuine, fresh and simply delicious flavours. Melon was our flavour of choice to create a honeydew and ginger cocktail. Orange to create citrus cocktail, Dragon Fly on the rocks. And finally Roberto Cavalli Vodka 'Night Edition Total Black 2017' designed for the world of the night, we combined green apples and vanilla to create the greenfinch cocktail.

    SCOTLAND • Small batch gin made by two brothers from the foot of the Tinto Hills in the Scottish town of Biggar. Served with Fever-Tree Mexican Lime Soda and fresh chilli.
